Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

The minute I got there I was already greeted by two of the kindest workers. I was amazed with how fast everything was done I came in for an oil change and inspection and it went by splendidly. The main guy that was doing my o change didn’t even try and upcharge me for an air filter, he politely informed that within my next three oil changes you will be asked if you would like one but for today I am just going to air blow it for you. I am beyond impressed with Strickland Brothers and will be returning there for my next oil change. Thank you for being the best!

I had a great experience at Strickland Brothers thanks to Anthony. During my oil change, he noticed that the rubber sealing ring on my oil drain plug was missing. Instead of ignoring it, he pointed it out, replaced it with a new one at no extra charge, and made sure everything was sealed properly. I really appreciated his honesty, attention to detail, and professionalism. It's rare to find someone who takes the time to catch small issues that could become bigger problems later. Anthony went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service, and because of him I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Strickland Brothers, and if you get Anthony helping you, you're in great hands!

Shout out to Mathew and Anthony! They were amazing. They took care of my oil change quick and even let me know about an issue with my skid plate. It was missing multiple nails. Thankfully I was able to buy some more off Amazon. They zip tied it to make it safe and secure until they arrived, and yesterday they put them all back in for me! Now I’m all set and zero worries of it flying off. I highly recommend these guys!! I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change!

Where do I even begin? I guess what got me there in the first place…that was the price. If you google Stricklands Coupons, 9x out of 10, you will find one. My last coupon was 50% off an oil change. Who does that? Stricklands lol, that’s who. Once you get there, they offer you water, keep you posted on how long you will have to wait…if there is a wait. Once they pull you in to a bay, you stay in the comfort of your car, the employees are amazing. They certainly have people skills. I’ve yet to meet an employee at Stricklands that wasn’t super kind, witty and professional. I value these guys. I appreciate the work they do and the fact that they do it effectively and efficiently. Keep up the amazing work “Team Basswood!!”

My wife and I recently moved to the North Fort Worth area and have been searching for a reliable and trustworthy oil change place close to home. We had a great experience from start to finish, the service was quick, efficient, and professional. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Bre and Anthony were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what was being done, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident about the service my vehicle was receiving. We will 100% be coming back for the future services and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and friendly services.
